Butcher

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Butcher to join our team at New World Warkworth. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for preparing, cutting, and presenting high-quality meat products for our customers.

The Role:

Cut, trim, and prepare meat to store standards
Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and quality practices
Provide exceptional customer service and knowledgeable advice
Ensure displays are well-stocked, attractive, and engaging
Work efficiently to meet daily production targets
This is a fulltime role. You must be able to work a weekend day.

Proven experience as a butcher or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques
A commitment to food safety and workplace health standards
Able to work independently and collaboratively
A good communicator
