Job Description
HR Strategy & Technology Transformation supports our clients across a number of key areas, including:
HR Strategy & Operating Model: We collaborate with clients to align their HR strategies and operations with organisational goals. This includes designing and implementing innovative workforce solutions that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Digital HR & Technology Enablement: We guide clients through HR technology projects, from gathering requirements and testing systems to coordinating implementation plans. Our focus is on enabling seamless transitions to modern HCM platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and ServiceNow, while ensuring systems operate effectively through ongoing support.
Workforce Insights & Analytics: We collect, analyse, and interpret HR and workforce data to identify opportunities for improving performance and operational efficiency. Leveraging analytics, we provide insights that inform strategic decisions and optimise workforce planning.
Continuous Learning & Change Adoption: We help clients embrace new HR technologies and ways of working by designing training and communication strategies. At the same time, we invest in our own development—allocating time for certifications in leading HCM systems to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
Your typical day will include:
Collaborating with clients to align their HR strategies and operations with organisational goals by helping design and implement innovative and modern workforce solutions.
Collecting, analysing, and interpreting workforce and HR data to support decision-making. Using analytics to identify opportunities for improving performance, employee experience, and operational efficiency.
Allocating dedicated time to study and work towards achieving certifications in leading HCM systems, ensuring continuous professional development.
Conducting research on HR best practices, future-of-work trends, and emerging technologies to provide strategic recommendations that address client challenges.
Assisting with AMS (Application Management Services) support, responding to client queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring HR systems operate effectively.
Supporting clients in transforming their HR functions and enhancing employee experiences across industries. For example:
Assisting with HR technology projects, including gathering requirements, testing systems, and coordinating implementation plans to ensure seamless transitions.
Preparing presentations, reports, and data visualisations to communicate insights, recommendations, and progress updates effectively to clients and teams.
