Working alongside your project team, internal subject matter experts and different leaders. We work on a flat structure, so you will get the opportunity to work with lots of different people across the country (and in some cases, our colleagues overseas).
Getting into the details of a business and their functions - understanding how they operate, what their priorities are, and identifying where they could be exposed to risk.
Developing solutions on how to improve processes, and in some cases actually implementing those solutions alongside the client. Your voice and opinion matters - there is always more than one way to solve a problem.
Qualifications
Enough about us, let's talk about you. You are someone with:
No previous experience is required. Part-time positions or internships in accounting/finance, business analytics, law and customer service are beneficial.
Has completed, or is completing a bachelor’s degree to start with us in February 2026. We welcome applicants from a wide range of degrees, this could include, but is not limited to Commerce/Business, Science, Law or Arts.
An analytical and open mind, detail-oriented, with a passion for learning about emerging technologies and risk frameworks. Experience with technical skills is preferred but can be learned.
An adaptable and resilient attitude – you understand what it's like to overcome obstacles through tenacity and hard work. You are meticulous with processes and inquisitive to solve problems and embrace change.
