Job Description
Reporting to the Manager Workplace Technology and Platforms, you'll work closely with customers to develop and deliver sustainable products and services that support both tactical and strategic outcomes. You'll set the Technology vision and roadmap for our corporate products, ensuring alignment with Business needs, Customs' organisational and Technology strategies.
You'll lead a small team of permanent staff, contractors and some managed services, driving improvements and overseeing the delivery of products and services within the Corporate Systems portfolio.
Key Responsibilities...
Develop and drive the product roadmap for Corporate Systems (M365, Finance, Payroll Zendesk, Work force central, The Learning room).
Lead and inspire a team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Engage with Business and Technology stakeholders to understand needs and translate organisational priorities into actionable plans.
Oversee the full product lifecycle, from planning to delivery.
Champion best practices in Strategy, planning, Delivery and Operations.
This role is part of a rotational on call roster, typically one week in eight.
