Job Description
Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt and accurate order processing and communication
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting sales and data accuracy
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, fax, and online channels
Enter and manage customer orders in Sage (ERP) and update records in Salesforce (CRM)
Monitor and manage customer backorders to ensure timely delivery
Identify and pursue sales opportunities to support revenue growth
Follow up on customer queries, complaints, and requests, coordinating with internal teams for resolution

The ideal candidate is a proactive and resilient individual with a solid background in customer service. You thrive in fast-paced environments, stay calm under pressure, and are committed to delivering outstanding service with professionalism and care.
Key Attributes:
Professional phone manner and strong communication skills
Experience in customer support, call centre, or similar roles
High attention to detail and strong data entry skills
Excellent time management and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (essential); experience with Salesforce and ERP systems (advantageous)
Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic and adaptable approach
Reliable transport to and from work
Knowledge of the food services or warehouse industry is a plus
Year 13 or equivalent qualification required
