Job Description
As the Administrative Support Coordinator, you will:
Provide administrative support to meet the reporting needs of the Executive Director and Court Services Executive Team.
Manage a shared inbox and triage queries as appropriate
Contribute to initiatives that improve work practices and client service such as managing SharePoint sites and using tools such as SmartSheet.
Handle complex enquiries and issues to ensure accurate information and timely resolution, especially regarding compliance with departmental reporting and internal functions.
Provide information to internal and external agencies following documented procedures.
Gather and collate information for internal communications including the development of newsletters.
Process invoices.
