Duties
It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Manager, Reporting, Data & Insights you will:
Lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of procurement reporting, data and analytics.
Provide actionable insights on spend (on- and off-contract), contract performance, and category information.
Support executive decision-making with insights that drive sustainability, affordability and commercial outcomes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure reporting meets organisational needs and strategic objectives.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data frameworks to monitor procurement performance.
Identify opportunities to improve data quality, analytics capabilities and reporting processes.
Ensure procurement reporting aligns with icare policies, frameworks and NSW Government requirements.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in procurement reporting, data analytics or business intelligence.
Strong ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear and actionable way.
Experience with spend analysis, contract performance metrics and category reporting.
Proficiency in data/reporting tools and systems (e.g., dashboards, BI platforms, Excel).
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience supporting executive decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and enhance reporting frameworks.
Understanding of procurement processes, frameworks and compliance requirements
