Film Script Writer/ Evaluator

About the Role
Macgence is looking for passionate storytellers and script reviewers who can evaluate movie/OTT scripts and episodes across genres. You will assess content quality, analyze narrative structure, and provide constructive feedback to ensure high standards in creative evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze scripts and OTT episodes across genres.
Evaluate storyline, plot structure, dialogues, character development, originality, and engagement.
Provide clear, structured feedback and written rationales.
Collaborate with the QA and content team on evaluation quality.
Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
Senior role includes guiding/mentoring junior evaluators and ensuring consistency.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in:
Literature
Film Studies
Mass Communication
Screenwriting
Creative writing or related fields
Experience Requirements:

Senior: 3–5 years in script evaluation/creative writing/fiction/story analysis/publishing/ UGC writing.
Intern: 1–2 years (projects, internships, or academic exposure also considered).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
