This role provides strategic leadership, ensures high-quality service delivery, and supports organizational goals through effective management of systems, processes, and people. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and experience managing large, complex corporate information systems.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily operations within the Information Systems department.
Provide leadership aligned with organizational values and objectives.
Oversee the implementation, support, and improvement of Information Systems solutions.
Apply knowledge of change management, project management, and system development methodologies.
Ensure consistent, efficient, and high-quality service delivery across all IS functions.
Manage staff performance, development, and mentoring.
Support budgeting, financial oversight, and resource planning.
Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to meet organizational needs.
Must-Have Qualifications
Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
Prior management or supervisory experience.
Hands-on experience with Infor Lawson ERP.
Experience, Knowledge & Skills
10+ years of progressive experience managing large, complex corporate information systems.
Proven ability to manage project or departmental finances, including operating budgets.
Understanding of contract negotiation processes.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
Experience overseeing multiple teams, customer groups, or vendor relationships.
Initiative-driven approach to leadership development.
Background leading multiple projects across various technical domains.
Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills across diverse system areas.
Experience guiding teams through multiple system implementations.
Strong planning and organizational skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
