Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with partial flexibility for remote work. The Operations Executive will oversee and manage daily operational tasks, ensuring efficient execution of processes and workflows. Responsibilities include handling operational tasks, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying areas for process optimization. The role necessitates effective communication and problem-solving to enhance operational efficiencies and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

⁠ ⁠Strong skills in Operations and Operations

Management to oversee and optimize workflows.

⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Analytical Skills to identify trends, evaluate processes, and drive improvements.

⁠ ⁠Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.

⁠ ⁠Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

⁠ ⁠Prior experience in a similar operations-focused role is an advantage.

⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
