Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and skilled Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various buildings and structures, ensuring aesthetic quality, functionality, safety, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs and plans for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
Produce detailed construction drawings and specifications.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
Conduct site assessments and manage on-site inspections during construction.
Prepare and present design proposals to clients.
Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects, from concept through construction and completion.
Select materials, finishes, and fixtures that align with the design vision and project budget.
Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and sustainable building practices.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
Professional Architect licensure (depending on location).
Proven experience as an Architect, with a portfolio showcasing diverse project types.
Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite).
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with sustainable design or green building certifications (e.g., LEED).
Project management experience.
Knowledge of 3D modeling and BIM (Building Information Modeling).
