About the Role

We're looking for a strategic leader to shape the future of logistics at Mauri in the newly created role of National Logistics Manager. This role will define and execute a national logistics strategy across a complex multi-site network, driving transformation and operational excellence.

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you'll:

Elevate customer experience through reliable, cost-effective, and scalable solutions.
Build industry-leading capability through influencing and coaching site logistics leaders, fostering collaboration and growth
Co Create and execute Mauris Future Logistics roadmap that aligns with our business objectives
Lead initiatives to optimise warehouse operations, transport networks, and 3PL partnerships and management
Champion process improvement and introduce best-in-class systems and practices.

About You

You're an experienced logistics professional (7+ years) with a proven track record in multi-site operations and 3PL management.

You bring:

Strategic thinking and a change leadership mindset.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
FMCG or B2B experience (food industry experience is a bonus).
A collaborative leadership approach focused on winning together.
