About The Role:
As the Restaurant Supervisor, your role is to support the Restaurant Manager in ensuring exceptional dining experiences. With excellent attention to detail, you will uphold impeccable standards for both food quality and service. Your approach to service will be personal, professional, and engaging, striving to understand guests' needs and expectations while leading by example to embody the characteristics that make us best in class.
The ultimate goal is to exceed customer expectations, leaving them thoroughly satisfied and wanting for nothing.
Prior experience in a hatted venue is essential, along with a keen eye for detail to maintain the consistent quality of our offerings. And, most importantly, you'll have fun while doing it!
Your Day to Day:
Full management of venue when MOD
Cash up reconciliation
Shares and drives our company core values
Provides support and leadership to the restaurant teams
Ensures efficient, professional guest experience
Assists with ensuring staff adherence to policy
Communicates efficiently between all members of the venue.
Handles on shift shift customer complaints with empathy, in a professional & helpful manner before resolving the issue as soon as possible.
Rostering completed and published on time and inline with Labour costs
Carries out additional duties required to fulfil the position and as requested
About You:
Proven experience in a within a premium or hatted venue
A confident and calm demeanour
A genuine passion for hospitality, teamwork and being of service
High attention to detail and a genuine passion for guest interaction
Strong organisational and communication skills
Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and evenings
