About PSG Global Solutions Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in back-end operations, online research, data entry, lead generation, market mapping, or non-voice BPO work.
• Experience working with global teams is a plus.
• Strong research skills and comfort with online tools.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to CRM/ATS systems is an advantage.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to follow structured processes. Soft Skills
• Analytical and curious mindset.
• Highly organized and consistent in documentation.
• Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong focus and discipline for night-shift operations.
Job Details
• Position: BPO Executive (Back-End | Non-Voice Process)
• Location: Pune (On-site)
• Experience: 1–3 Years
• Compensation: 3.25 – 4 LPA (Annual, including night shift)
• Schedule: 5 Days/Week
• Shift Timing: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (US Shift)
• Start Date: Immediate Joiners Preferred
