Job Overview

We are urgently hiring a Kitchen Helper with basic knowledge of Indian and Tandoor cuisine for a reputed restaurant in Bangalore. This role supports chefs in daily kitchen operations, food prep, and hygiene maintenance. Ideal for individuals with prior hotel/restaurant experience or those passionate about Indian cooking.
Key Responsibilities
•

Assist Tandoor and Indian chefs in food preparation
•

Clean and cut vegetables, marinate meats, and manage mise en place
•

Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
•

Wash utensils, organize supplies, and restock ingredients
•

Help with cooking as per the chefs instructions
•

Maintain kitchen equipment and report any issues
• Eligibility Criteria
•

Basic knowledge of Indian & Tandoor food preferred
•

Minimum 10th pass or equivalent
•

1–3 years of experience in a commercial kitchen is a plus
•

Ability to work in fast-paced kitchen environments
•

Physically fit and willing to do cleaning & heavy lifting
•

Must be punctual, hygienic, and team-oriented
