All Rounder Retail Sales and manage

About the Role We are looking for a reliable, long-term team member to help run our busy retail store in St Marys. The ideal person will be confident with customers, strong in sales, and comfortable managing a variety of tasks throughout the day. You will be the “all-rounder” of the store – helping customers, handling admin, assisting with purchasing, keeping the shop clean, and making sure the store runs smoothly. --- Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service Sell products and services confidently and meet sales targets Handle multiple customers at the same time in a fast-paced environment Answer phone calls, take enquiries, and manage bookings where required Perform basic admin work (invoices, emails, simple data entry, filing) Assist with purchasing and stock control (checking stock, placing orders, receiving deliveries) Keep the store clean, neat, and well-presented at all times Open and close the store as required Support overall day-to-day store operations and management --- Requirements Fluent English (spoken and written) – must be very confident with communication Strong sales skills and a genuine, customer-focused attitude Ability to work under pressure during busy times Able to handle multiple customers and tasks at the same time Good computer skills and basic admin knowledge (email, Excel/Word, etc.) Reliable, honest, and punctual Willing to do cleaning and general store duties as part of the job Must be available to work in weekends as well ​Saturdays and Sundays (full-time role, 5–6 days per week) Looking for long-term employment, not short-term or temporary work --- What We Offer Stable, long-term full-time position On-the-job training and support Friendly work environment Opportunities to grow with the business Pay based on experience and performance (to be discussed in interview)
