Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Kitchen Helper/Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient environment. Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, peeling, and basic cooking under supervision
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste
Assist with inventory preparation and grocery stocking
Support cooking staff with ingredient organization and inventory management
Ensure all food handling practices adhere to safety and hygiene standards
Help with setting up serving stations and replenishing supplies during service hours
Assist in cleaning kitchen equipment and utensils after use
Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
Requirements

Prior experience in restaurant, hotel, or food service environments is preferred but not required
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, food handling, and safety protocols
Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently and thoroughly
Strong work ethic with attention to detail in food preparation and sanitation
Excellent teamwork skills and willingness to learn new skills
Flexibility to work during busy hours, including weekends or holidays if needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour
