This Position reports to:

Local Division Manager

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. You’ll lead the successful implementation of our service sales strategy within ABB’s Motion Service, ensuring profitable achievement of targets tied to Life Cycle Management (LCM) and our service products and solutions. You’ll also leverage your expertise to define account strategies and acquisition plans that accelerate growth and strengthen customer relationships.


Your Role and Responsibilities
Work model: hybrid #LI-Hybrid

Develop and implement service sales strategies to increase Installed Base (IB) penetration and promote value-added offerings.
Achieve service sales targets by ensuring the team sells the full service portfolio and participates in major contract negotiations.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Lead and develop the Service Sales team to exceed targets and drive continuous improvement in sales efficiency.
Qualifications for the Role
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business, or related field.
Experience in service sales or related roles, preferably in industrial or technical environments.
Strong knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and compliance regulations.
Expertise in technical support, data management, and portfolio management.
Proven leadership skills with ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
Customer-centric mindset with excellent negotiation and communication skills
