A global IT solutions provider is seeking an experienced Japanese/English bilingual IT Project Manager to oversee application development projects for clients in the financial industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and 5+ years of experience in application design and implementation. This is a full-time, direct-hire position offering a great benefits package.

Salary: $100K~$120K

Japanese/English Bilingual IT Project Manager Responsibility:

Design and implement web application and plan/execute cyber security projects using project management methods.
Manage multiple projects with various customers simultaneously.
Identify and troubleshoot project issues and process improvement.
Create and present plans by managing infrastructure and application security projects.
Leading team members and ensure that deadlines are followed and address issues/questions as necessary.
Identify the resources needed for the project and source these materials to ensure that projects are completed within budget.
Oversee the project improvements and coordinate quality assurance reviews.
Other tasks as assigned.

Japanese/English Bilingual IT Project Manager Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience with application development for finance industry clientele.
Must have knowledge of network security, cloud services, managed services, and IoT/DX solutions.
Must be able to speak, read and write in Japanese at JLPT N2 or above level
Minimum 3 years of experience with project leading and creating proposal
Strong analytical skills for requirements analysis and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Client-focused, detail-oriented, and able to demonstrate leadership, as a great team player and self-starter.
