Plant Helper

You will be joining the team as a Plant Helper to assist in the day-to-day operations at the manufacturing/construction plant. Your main responsibility will be aiding machine operators, handling materials, and ensuring cleanliness and order within the plant area. No prior technical experience is necessary, but we require candidates who are physically fit and hardworking.

- Assisting in loading and unloading materials
- Supporting plant operators and technicians
- Maintaining the working area
- Moving raw materials and tools
- Adhering to safety and cleanliness protocols at all times
- Performing other general labor tasks as assigned by the supervisor

To succeed in this role, you should be physically fit, willing to work in shifts if required, able to follow instructions and safety rules, and possess an honest, punctual, and cooperative attitude. Prior experience is not mandatory as training will be provided.
