Baker/Oven Operator

About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and focused Baker/Oven Operator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating our ovens and ensuring our baked goods are cooked to perfection, on time, and with consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate commercial ovens safely and efficiently
Bake flatbreads, pastries, and other products to high quality standards
Monitor baking times and product quality throughout the shift
Work closely with the kitchen and prep team to meet daily production needs
Maintain a clean and organised oven station
Follow all food safety and workplace health procedures
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment (preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hot environment
Good time management and attention to detail
Physically fit and able to lift trays, bags of flour, and equipment
Strong team player with a good attitude and work ethic
Availability for early morning shifts, including weekends
