Job Description
We are looking for a capable, solutions-focused IT Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our technology environment across our head office and remote site locations. In this hands-on role, you will provide user support, work closely with our MSP, maintain hardware and software systems, assist with upgrades, and contribute to business improvement projects.
This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a stand-alone role where your technical capability, communication skills and initiative will be truly valued.
Skills and Experiences:
About You
You are an experienced IT all-rounder who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting users, managing systems, and proactively improving processes. You bring strong stakeholder engagement skills, a positive attitude and the confidence to work autonomously across a wide range of technologies.
You are organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing competing priorities while delivering high standards of service across a multi-site environment.
You will also:
Act as the first point of contact for user support, escalating through our MSP where required.
Support infrastructure, devices, mobility equipment and business applications including Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and PowerApps.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding, system access, hardware preparation and maintaining IT asset records.
Coordinate software licensing, device procurement, and vendor relationships.
Assist with cybersecurity practices including access controls, monitoring and user education.
Conduct planned downtime tasks, software updates and configuration changes under ITIL-based processes.
Troubleshoot telecommunications issues and support CCTV and site-based technology needs.
Contribute to IT projects and process improvement initiatives across the business.
Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence
