Full-Time | Part-Time | Casual
Day & Evening Shifts Available

Jack Gray Café in Grays Point is on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our growing team. If you love crafting great coffee and delivering genuine service in a friendly and buzzing environment, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role:

Prepare and serve consistently high-quality coffee and hot beverages
Deliver warm, welcoming customer service with every interaction
Support Front of House service during peak hours
Assist with setup, closing duties, and general café operations
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards
What We’re Looking For:

Proven barista experience in a busy café setting
Passion for coffee and a strong understanding of espresso equipment and techniques
Friendly, reliable, and team-focused attitude
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Availability for day and evening shifts across weekdays and weekends
A valid NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is essential
