We are looking for Diploma trained or ECT educators to fill the roles of Responsible Person/s & Room Leaders. We are currently seeking a room leader for our Infants and Toddler room.

We are building new community (team) where will unite together to reach a common goal. If you are an experienced educator or aspiring to take on the "next" dream job role and you ready to share your unique talents and skills and truly be valued for the work you do, this role may be just for you.

The centre is currently undergoing new management and we are building a new team of unique individuals that have a common interest in working together to provide a fun and exciting education and care experience. We are seeking experienced and innovative leaders to support our team.

The service provides for children four (4) weeks to five years, Out of school hours care and vacation care.

Seeking:

Room Leader/s or

Diploma qualified educators

Successful candidates will have industry knowledge and a hands-on approach to role.

You will be supported by experienced Early Childhood teacher and we provide ongoing professional development opportunities.

Future career progression is available for 2IC and Educational Leader.

Positions to be filled from December 2026 to January/ February 2026.

Qualifications:

Completed a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care OR equivalent recognised by ACECQA
Working towards completing a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
Completed a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education or equivalent recognised university qualification by ACECQA
Working towards any of the above mentioned qualifications
Requirements

Leadership skills
experience minimum 1 year
Understanding of programming aligning with the EYLF
Strong written and verbal communication
Understanding in applying the National Quality Framework
Current First Aid Certificate/Asthma Anaphylaxis Training
Valid WWCC
Child Protection Training (willingness to update)
Food Handling training
