We are a popular Japanese restaurant located in Potts Point, offering authentic ramen and izakaya-style dishes in a friendly and energetic dining environment.
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting chefs with basic food preparation
Washing dishes and maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen
Preparing ingredients (cutting vegetables, portioning, etc.)
Keeping storage areas organised and well-stocked
Cleaning kitchen equipment and surfaces following hygiene standards
Supporting the team during busy service periods
Ensuring a clean and safe working environment at all times
Requirements

Previous kitchen hand or hospitality experience preferred (but not essential)
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
Good communication and teamwork skills
Able to work nights and weekends
Valid working rights in Australia (WHV, student, PR, citizen)
