As an Integrated Logistics Support Analyst, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive support strategies for major system upgrades across multiple military sites. Working within a dedicated ILS team, you will analyse supportability requirements, develop maintenance strategies, and ensure seamless logistics integration between new and existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct reliability, availability, and maintainability modelling to inform support requirements and validate sustainment strategies.
Develop comprehensive logistics support documentation including maintenance plans, technical data, and training requirements.
Analyse and document transition impacts from legacy to the upgraded systems.
Support the development and implementation of site-specific transition plans.
Create and maintain logistics support strategies ensuring operational capability through transition and beyond.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications

University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years' experience in integrated logistics support analysis.
Demonstrated experience in reliability, maintainability, and availability modelling.
Proven ability to develop technical documentation and support strategies.
Understanding of systems engineering and maintenance support principles.
Desirable attributes:

Experience in defence technology related industry.
Background in logistics operations across both acquisition and in-service support phases.
Knowledge of process development and documentation procedures.
