Job Description

We are looking for a Dental Technician experienced in digital workflows to support our periodontal and implant surgery practice. The ideal candidate will be proficient in 3Shape TRIOS scanning and CAD/CAM design to produce surgical guides, immediate-implant provisional crowns, and other appliances used in implant and soft-tissue procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate intraoral scans using 3Shape TRIOS or similar systems.
Design surgical guides, palatal stents, and diagnostic models using CAD/CAM software
Prepare and manage digital files for 3D printing with precise calibration.
Collaborate with the periodontist and surgical team to ensure clinical accuracy.
Fabricate, modify, and repair appliances, including suspension bridges and immediate-implant provisional crowns.
Maintain scanners, printers, and digital equipment; follow data security and infection control standards.
Provide chairside assistance to the periodontists and oral health practitioners during routine clinical procedures.
Prepare the surgery room, instruments, materials, and digital equipment before each appointment.
Maintain strict infection control protocols, including cleaning, disinfecting, and setting up clinical areas according to practice standards.

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of experience in a dental lab or digital dentistry environment.
Proficiency in TRIOS scanning, CAD design, and 3D printing workflows.
Strong understanding of dental anatomy and implant/restorative principles.
High attention to detail, manual dexterity, and strong communication skills.
Knowledge of infection control and digital data management.

Pay: $75,035.52 – $80,531.22 per year
