Job Title: AEM Sites/Assets – Product Owner
Location: Dallas, Texas (Onsite)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AEM Sites/Assets Product Owner to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) products within our digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AEM Sites and Assets, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as the primary product owner for AEM Sites and AEM Assets, defining and managing the product roadmap.

· Collaborate closely with business teams, UX, engineering, and content teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

· Gather business requirements, create user stories, and maintain an organized product backlog.

· Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.

· Work closely with development teams during sprints, providing clarification, acceptance criteria, and timely feedback.

· Ensure smooth integration of AEM with other enterprise platforms and tools.

· Conduct regular review sessions, demos, and UAT to ensure product delivery aligns with expectations.

· Analyze product performance, user data, and feedback to drive continuous improvements.

· Maintain deep understanding of AEM capabilities, best practices, and emerging trends.

Required Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with at least 3 years focused on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

· Strong knowledge of AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and related components, workflows, and metadata structures.

· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

· Ability to work onsite in Dallas, Texas.

· Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with AEM integrations (e-commerce, analytics, personalization tools).

· Understanding of digital asset management best practices.

SAFe or Scrum Product Owner certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
