Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead and drive the strategic vision, roadmap, and delivery of key Target platform initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, business stakeholders, and leadership—to ensure successful execution of product goals that align with organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog to deliver business value and support the overall product vision.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and translate business needs into actionable user stories.

· Work closely with engineering teams during sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews to ensure smooth and timely product delivery.

· Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product improvements and future roadmap items.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for product decisions, ensuring alignment across teams and transparent communication.

· Lead sprint reviews and product demos for stakeholders, clearly articulating progress and outcomes.

· Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with user experience best practices.

Required Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role.

· Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.

· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

· Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

· Eligibility restricted to U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in retail, e-commerce, or related product domains.

· Familiarity with Target systems or enterprise retail platforms.

· Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or Agile-related credentials.
