Job Description
You’ll work with clients to release tension, recover from stress, and leave feeling renewed. Whether it’s a therapeutic deep tissue session, lymphatic drainage, or a stress-melting Swedish massage, you’ll be part of creating an unforgettable, luxury wellness journey.

Pay Based On Experience: Starting $22/hr + 7% Commission on package sales

What You’ll Do

Provide professional massage therapy services including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal, hot stone, and lymphatic drainage.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and customize treatments.
Recommend memberships, add-ons, and packages that support long-term wellness.
Collaborate with our team to create seamless experiences (pairing massage with saunas, cold plunges, or body sculpting for ultimate results).
Maintain a clean, serene treatment space that reflects our luxury brand.
Participate in community and social media moments—sharing tips, behind-the-scenes, or educational content (optional but encouraged).

Qualifications

Massage Therapist local to Brooklyn (Preferred).
Strong technical skills and can adapt pressure and style to each client’s needs.
Passionate about holistic wellness and loves being part of a wellness-focused community.
Confident recommending services and packages that truly benefit the client.
Bonus: Experience with lymphatic drainage or body-contouring-adjacent therapies.
