CatholicCare NT (CCNT) is a not-for-profit organisation, providing social services and programs to individuals, couples, families, children, groups, schools and agencies across the Northern Territory.
The Evaluation Systems Officer role is part of a team that administrates and manages contracts across the organisation to support delivery of contractual obligations to agreed standards.
About the role
The Evaluation Systems Officer oversees program monitoring and evaluation to demonstrate program and organisational effectiveness. This includes the analysis and reporting of participant outcomes, building an evidence base and ensuring that the participants’ voice is heard and included in ongoing program improvement.
This role has responsibility for ongoing development and maintenance of CCNT’s evaluation tools and monitoring, evaluation, learning and planning (MELP) systems.
What we are looking for
Qualification and experience in a relevant field (eg. Evaluation, Social work, Social Sciences)
Demonstrated experience with evaluation frameworks and tools like the monitoring, evaluation, learning and planning (MELP) systems.
The ability to explain evaluation processes and systems to non-experts
Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to conduct evaluation interviews with participants
Demonstrated cultural competency, particularly in working with Indigenous people
