Job Description
Lead and supervise disability support staff across various service areas (SIL, Home Support, Centre Support, Community Support).
Implement individual plans and NDIS goals for participants.
Provide direct care, including personal care, and support participants in daily living and community activities.
Manage budgets and ensure compliance with policies and quality standards.
Administer medication as per support plans.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting using internal systems.
Promote workplace health and safety and uphold participant rights.
Essential Requirements
Certificate IV in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent.
Valid Driver’s Licence.
Valid Work Right (If Applicable)
Current Working with Children Clearance and National Police Check.
Previous experience in the disability sector with strong knowledge of person-centred support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and write basic reports.
Desirable
Experience supporting participants with complex needs.
Experience working with Indigenous Australians and culturally diverse communities.
Personal Attributes
