Job Description

A bank customer service representative is someone whose role is to provide information regarding the bank’s products and services to its customers.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support: Handle incoming calls and other communications to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about banking products and services.

Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams when required.

Transaction Processing: Accurately process customer requests, orders, forms, and applications in a timely manner.

Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Customer Satisfaction: Strive to enhance customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and ensuring a positive service experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Minimum 10+2 (High School) or any graduate degree.

Communication: Excellent English fluency with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience: Prior experience in an international voice process or customer service environment preferred.
