Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Find candidates via online channels as Naukri, Indeed, social media, referrals, and databases.

Job Posting: Create and update compelling job descriptions. Post jobs online.

Screening & Selection: Review applications, conduct initial interviews (phone/video) to shortlist candidates.

Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers and teams.

Offer Management: Extend offers, negotiate terms, and manage candidate expectations.

Onboarding Support: Assist with the new hire onboarding process.

Employer Branding: Build a strong company image to attract talent.

Client Coordination: Coordinate with the clients regarding feedbacks and requirement gathering.

Skills:

Excellent communication (written & verbal).

Strong negotiation & interpersonal skills.

Organizational & time-management.

Proficiency with Naukri, Indeed & other recruitment software.

Understanding of recruitment best practices & employment laws.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (HR, Business, or related field).

Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
