FinXL IT is seeking a Service Now Business Analyst to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading commercial client on a key transformation engagement.


Responsibilities


Act as the primary Business Analyst for the ServiceNow NowAssist rollout

Focus on seamless integration points with Microsoft Teams and Copilot

Translate strategic business requirements into actionable technical user stories

Gather, document, and analyse detailed requirements for ITSM and Service Catalog

Facilitate structured workshops with stakeholders across various business units

Design and deliver comprehensive training materials and communication plans

Document 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' processes, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices


Key Skills & Experience


Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting the ServiceNow platform

In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change)

Extensive experience with ServiceNow Catalog design and optimisation

Direct experience or strong familiarity with ServiceNow's AI capabilities, like NowAssist

Excellent interpersonal and sophisticated stakeholder management skills

Ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflict effectively

Prior experience working on complex integration projects (e.g., ServiceNow with Microsoft Teams) is highly desirable


What's On Offer?

Initial 12 months contract, with a view to extend
Located in Sydney CBD, and hybrid working arrangement (2-3 days in the office)
