Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Full Stack Engineer located in Bhopal . The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end solutions.
Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer (MERN + Python) with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our fast-growing Fintech & SaaS development team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that handle GST compliance, invoicing, payments, lending, accounting, and other financial workflows.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end features using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Build responsive, performant, and secure front-end experiences with React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux/Mobx/Zustand)
• Develop robust RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js + Express.js
• Design and optimize MongoDB schemas and queries for high-volume financial transactions
• Integrate third-party financial APIs (Payment Gateways, Banking APIs, GSTN APIs, etc.)
• Ensure code quality, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and DevOps teams
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.)
• Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms ( AWS / GCP / Azure )
Required Skills & Experience
• 5–10 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in MERN stack
• Deep understanding of React.js (v16.8+) – Hooks, Context, Suspense, Concurrent Mode
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js + Express.js
• Expertise in MongoDB (Aggregation Pipeline, Indexes, Transactions)
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices
• Experience with modern authentication ( JWT, OAuth2, Session management )
• Proficient in Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker
• Fintech domain knowledge (GST invoicing, e-Invoicing, TDS, reconciliation) is a big plus
• Familiarity with modern tools & frameworks (Redux Toolkit, Vite, Next.js optional)
Good to Have
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI (Python) and building high-performance REST/GraphQL APIs
• Experience with Blockchain development especially Solidity programming will be a plus
• Exposure to microservices architecture
• Knowledge of Next.js (App Router / Pages Router)
• Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ/Kafka, Elasticsearch
• Understanding of Indian GST laws & compliance workflows
• Contribution to open-source projects or strong GitHub portfolio.
