Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Frontend Lead Developer with strong expertise in React, Next.js, and Micro-Frontend architecture to lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications.Main Responsibilities:Lead frontend development efforts for enterprise-scale applications using React, Next.js, and Micro-Frontend frameworks.Drive architectural decisions, code quality improvements, and best-practice adoption.Collaborate with backend, DevOps, UX, and product teams to deliver cohesive solutions.Key Skills:Build highly performant, responsive UIs with React and Next.js (SSR, ISR, SSG).Develop modular, reusable components and libraries.Design and implement Micro-Frontend architectures for large distributed systems.Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable frontend solutions.Deployment Experience:Deploy and manage frontend apps on Azure Cloud (App Services, Storage, CDN, DevOps, Pipelines).Work closely with DevOps for CI/CD setup and monitoring.Team Leadership:Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high test coverage.Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.Guide the team through solutions, planning, estimations, and sprint execution.Support stakeholder communication and technical decision-making.
