Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Assist with daily administrative operations, including document management, record keeping, and office supplies management. Support HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance management, ensure all policies, compliance and laws, and employee engagement. Maintain employee records and manage data entry efficiently. Coordinate internal and external communications effectively. Handle incoming queries and direct them appropriately. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and trainings. Coordinate tasks and provide assistance to management as needed. Assist in the Project Management, preparation of quotations and tender documentation.
