Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketer, based in Surat. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns to optimize ROI and enhance brand visibility. Day-to-day tasks include managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, analyzing data to improve campaign performance, running A/B testing, collaborating with the content and creative teams, and employing growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention. The role will also involve staying updated with the latest marketing trends and tools to maximize campaign results.

Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing strategies
• Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Skills in Campaign Management, A/B testing, and Conversion Rate Optimization
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Knowledge of basic graphic design or collaboration with creative teams is a plus
• Ability to analyze data effectively, identify trends, and present actionable insights
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field is preferred
