Job Description
Record financial transactions using Microsoft Business Central
-Manage accounts payable, including timely and accurate supplier payments
-Verify all invoices, purchase orders and supporting documentation
-Prepare and issue invoices and receipts to debtors when required
-Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records
-Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
-Compile reports to assist with BAS preparation
-Verify figures, statements, and reports for accuracy and completeness
-Report any data irregularities or inconsistencies to management
-Maintain organised financial records and support internal audits
-Carry out any additional reasonable tasks requested by the Employer
The Ideal Candidate:
-Holds a Bachelor of Business/Commerce majoring in Accounting
-1–2 years’ experience desired, but not essential — full training provided
-Exceptional accuracy and strong attention to detail
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
-A cooperative team player who appreciates a professional yet relaxed work environment
-Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
Work Eligibility: Candidates with permanent working rights and no hour restrictions are preferred
