We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Purchase Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage procurement operations, source high-quality materials, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of products for our interior design projects. This role is critical to ensuring our design vision is translated into reality efficiently and cost-effectively.
Job Responsibility
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for furniture, fixtures, tiles, marble, fabrics, lighting, and other interior materials.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with vendors to achieve cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• Manage end-to-end procurement process, including purchase orders, delivery tracking, and inventory management.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to understand material requirements for each project.
• Maintain and expand a reliable network of vendors, artisans, and suppliers.
• Monitor market trends, new materials, and innovative products relevant to interior design.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and supplier agreements.
• Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements.
• Assist in budget planning and cost control for procurement activities.

• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with procurement or inventory management software is a plus.

• 5+ years of experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably in interior design,
architecture, or luxury retail.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good understanding of interior design materials, finishes, and trends.

Working Days: 6 days ( 2nd and 4th Saturday are off)
Timings: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
