Role overview: We’re looking for an enthusiastic and energetic leader being a social media native with AI mindset – someone who treats every video as a paid-ad-level experiment, moves at start-up speed, kills underperforming ideas, creates distinctive ideas to deliver 5-10 new clips per week without meetings and approvals.

Job Role
• Create & edit videos for social media, advertisements, reels, and long-form content.
• Trim, arrange, and enhance footage to tell engaging, visually compelling stories.
• Create static and motion creatives for carousels and digital ad campaigns.
• Add transitions, sound design, music, and text overlays for a polished final output.
• Collaborate closely with the videographer and creative team to maintain tone, style, and story alignment.
• Manage timelines efficiently, delivering high-quality edits within deadlines.
• Optimize video formats for different digital platforms and stay updated with latest editing trends, social media styles, and techniques.

Knowledge and skills required
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro along with working knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop.
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual rhythm suited for short-form, social-first content.
• Attention to detail and aesthetics with the ability to craft dynamic, engaging visuals.
• A solid portfolio or showreel demonstrating versatility across styles and formats.
• Leverage AI to generate viral ideas to deliver faster and high performing campaigns
