Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical SEO Analyst to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility, increase organic traffic, and enhance overall search engine rankings. This role requires a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, web analytics, and content optimization techniques. The SEO Analyst will collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing professionals to ensure that all digital assets are optimized for maximum reach and engagement. Experience with various SEO tools, content management systems, and web technologies is essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value search terms relevant to our industry and target audience.
Optimize website content, metadata, and HTML elements to improve search engine rankings and user engagement.
Utilize SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and SEMrush to monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Implement conversion optimization strategies to enhance user experience and increase lead generation.
Manage link building campaigns to improve domain authority and backlink profiles.
Analyze website data using Google Tag Manager, web analytics platforms, and other SEO tools to track performance trends.
Collaborate with content creators to develop optimized content that aligns with SEO best practices and supports digital marketing goals.
Ensure website compatibility across browsers and devices by working with CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices related to search engines like Google and Bing.
Assist in managing social media accounts to amplify content reach and engagement as part of integrated digital marketing efforts.

MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a focus on marketing, communications, or a related field.
Minimum of three years of experience in SEO or a related field (e.g. agency or client side)
Must: Strong knowledge and deep expertise in SEO best practices, content optimization techniques, tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Must: Ability to analyze data, provide actionable insights, and create reports.
Knowledge of Content Management Systems such as AEM.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile, and deadline-driven environment.
Project management experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $49.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
