Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Marketplace Executive/Online Sales Executive, located in Mumbai. The responsibilities include managing and optimizing listings on various online marketplaces, monitoring sales, identifying growth opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring seamless order processing and customer service. The executive will also analyze sales performance, coordinate with different teams, and contribute to achieving the company’s sales targets.

Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data to improve performance and optimize strategies.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Knowledge of Finance to assist in pricing strategies, budgeting, and financial performance analysis.
• Experience in Sales and Business Development, with a focus on online marketplaces and e-commerce.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce tools and platforms, as well as familiarity with market trends and customer behavior analytics.
