Job Description

As a key member of our legal operations team, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end support for all legal matters spanning multiple entities. This critical business-enabling role works closely with leadership across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Entity Compliance: Handle legal notices, responses, and communications for various entities.
• Contract Management: Draft, vet, and negotiate SaaS Agreements, MSAs, NDAs, Channel Partner Agreements, Vendor Contracts, and Consulting Agreements.
• Legal Coordination & Advisory: Work with external counsel on litigation, IP protection, employment law, and data-privacy matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

LLB/BL from a reputable university; LLM or CS background preferred. 5–7 years of post-qualification experience with exposure to SaaS/Tech/IT sectors.
