Job Description
Successful completion of tertiary qualifications (at Diploma or Degree level) in communications/Digital marketing or an equivalent discipline or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through extensive practical experience
2 + years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting
Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist, including experience with Facebook, X, Instagram and TikTok
Knowledge of Google Analytics
Experience with Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar social media management tools
Experience analysing social media performance and using insights to optimise content and improve outcomes
Strong creative mindset
Superb organisational and multitasking skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and graphic design programs, such as Adobe Photoshop
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
Knowledge of multiple online marketing channels
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
Comfortable leveraging emerging technologies, including AI-assisted tools, to enhance efficiency in content creation, research, and reporting
Desirable:
Knowledge of financial services products and services
Experience in the management of a multi-brand and multi-product digital marketing strategy
Knowledge of tools such as Adobe Express and CapCut
