What You Will Do

Interact with international customers over calls/chat
Understand their needs and offer the right solutions
Share product/service details in a simple and convincing way
Handle support + sales responsibilities
Upsell or cross-sell wherever suitable
Work on goals related to customer handling and sales conversions
Maintain quality and professionalism in every interaction

Who Can Apply

Graduates (any stream)
Minimum 1 year of experience (Any industry)
Preferred Experience: International Voice / BPO / Customer Support / Tele-sales
Excellent spoken English

Salary & Benefits

1 year experience: ₹40,000 – ₹44,000 per month (CTC)
2+ years experience: ₹44,000 – ₹46,000 per month (CTC)
