Accountant For Fresher

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant Job (Fresher) to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to start their accounting career in a dynamic and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Assist in daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial entries.
✔Handle invoice generation, payment processing, and bank reconciliations.
✔Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
✔Help in preparing GST, TDS, and other tax-related calculations and filings.
✔Maintain and update financial records, reports, and ledgers.
✔Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
✔Work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
✔Support audit preparations by maintaining documentation and financial data.

Qualifications & Skills:

Hard Skills:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
✅ Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.
✅ Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or SAP is a plus).
✅ Familiarity with GST, TDS, and compliance requirements is advantageous.

Soft Skills:

✔️ Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
✔️ Good problem-solving and time management abilities.
✔️ Effective communication and teamwork skills.
✔️ Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:
• Freshers are welcome! Prior internship or training in accounting/finance is a plus.
