Trainee Service Advisor

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Service Advisor to join the team at Honda Rockdale on a full time basis. As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment with great customer service skills.


You will be trained to perform the following:

Providing the ultimate customer service experience to our clients face to face
Building and maintaining positive customer and employee relationships
Maintaining regular contact with our customers to provide updates
Communicating with internal department teams to make sure all vehicles are completed and ready on time for our customers as promised
Handling customer concerns and complaints with prompt solution based outcomes
Offering accurate estimates for customers requiring additional work or repairs
Requirements for the role will involve the following:

Customer service commitment, eager to understand customer needs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of automotive systems; open to technical learning.
Professional demeanor, punctuality, and commitment to growth.
Current driver's license.
Adaptability to a dynamic work environment; openness to continuous learning.
Problem-solving mindset for effective customer issue resolution.
