Job Description:

Accuprobe Healthcare & Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Lab Technician to join our team in Delhi. You will be responsible for receiving, labeling, analyzing samples, and executing laboratory testing according to standard procedures. The role involves performing biochemical, microscopic, and bacteriological tests, and assisting in the quality control and documentation processes.

Responsibilities:
• Receive, label, and analyze samples (blood, fluids, tissue, etc.) for diagnostic purposes.
• Design and execute laboratory testing according to standard procedures, making observations and interpreting findings.
• Perform biochemical, microscopic, and bacteriological tests to gather data for disease diagnosis and treatment.
• Record lab test results and assist in technical activities.
• Prepare written documentation and file it as required by supervisors.
• Assist in quality assurance tasks and follow defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure safe storage and disposal of specimens to maintain integrity.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure adherence to Turnaround Time (TAT) protocols.

Requirements:
• BSc MLT, MSc MLT, DMLT, or BMLT with a 2-year full-time certificate.
• Strong understanding of laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
• Ability to work efficiently under potentially hazardous conditions (e.g., pathogens or chemicals).
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accurate and reliable test results.
• Strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
